Report a problem

Tell us what you tried, what happened and the error message. Include your extension version if possible. Never send passwords, API keys, private page content or authentication links.

Delete your account

Email us from your registered account address with the subject “Delete my ProspectLens account”. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Account deletion removes the active account and associated leads, integration settings and usage records. Copies you exported or sent to another service are managed by that service.

You can delete individual saved leads and integrations directly in the extension.
