You choose when to scan

ProspectLens scans only after you click Analyze. It collects a bounded snapshot of public page text, business name, industry, location, services, visible contact and social links, website tool evidence, form structure and CTA labels. Explicit staff markup may provide an owner or manager name for outreach. It does not collect form input values, continuously track browsing history, or save raw page HTML. Avoid scanning private dashboards or sensitive pages.

Analysis and AI

Your scan goes to our API hosted on Render. A limited selection of business facts, page text and detection evidence goes to OpenAI to draft analysis and outreach. OpenAI response storage is disabled in our requests; provider retention remains subject to its terms. Missing evidence is an observation, not a verified statement about the business.

Accounts and saved leads

Supabase processes authentication and stores account profiles, saved scans and outreach, monthly usage and integration settings. Saved scans include bounded visible page text. Leads are saved when you click Save, or after an explicit analysis if you enabled auto-save. Authentication sessions and device preferences are stored locally. Access policies separate users' records.

Exports and email

CSV exports download to your device. A configured webhook receives selected lead fields and signals only when you choose to send a lead. Recipients manage their own copies. Support correspondence is processed through our Titan mailbox. The public website has no added advertising pixels or analytics scripts; hosting providers may process request logs.

Deletion and retention

Saved leads remain in your active account until deleted. You can remove individual leads and integrations in the extension. To request account deletion, email support from your registered address. Removing an account deletes its associated active database records. Provider logs, backups and externally exported copies may follow separate retention schedules; contact support for details before sharing sensitive information.

Your choices

You control whether to scan, save, export or send outreach. ProspectLens does not send outreach automatically or sell lead data. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your account information.
